- Account or transaction suspension
- Temporary holds pending verification
- Merchant review and investigation

Fraud team → Compliance → Legal
Document all investigations and resolutions
6. Record-Keeping
- Maintain fraud logs for minimum 5 years
- Retain evidence for audits and regulatory reviews
Sanctions Compliance Statement
1. Scope
- Prevent transactions with sanctioned individuals, entities, or countries.
- Screen all users and merchants against OFAC, EU, UK, UN lists.
2. Controls
- Automated screening at onboarding and periodic intervals
- High-risk geographies restricted
- Transactions flagged or blocked automatically
3. Reporting
Escalate and report suspicious transactions to authorities as required.

Chargeback & Dispute Handling Policy
1. Notification
Company notifies merchants immediately upon dispute or chargeback.
2. Timeline
- Merchant responds within 5 business days
- Company reviews evidence and communicates with payment providers
3. Investigation
Assess validity, transaction history, and fraud indicators.
Decision: uphold, reverse, or adjust transaction
4. Record-Keeping
- All disputes logged minimum 5 years
- Audit-ready documentation

Merchant / Publisher Agreement
This Merchant / Publisher Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the distribution of digital content through SLUMBERING FOREST LLC.
1. Appointment & Scope
- Merchant grants Company non-exclusive license to distribute content
- Applies to digital games, DLCs, in-app purchases
2. Revenue & Settlement
- Revenue share defined per schedule
- Settlement monthly or as agreed
- Fees, taxes, and currency conversion responsibility defined

5. Termination

Washington State, USA. Arbitration (AAA / JAMS), individual claims only, no class actions.
8. Entire Agreement
Includes all referenced policies and attachments. Order of precedence: DPA > Policies > Terms of Service > Agreement
